There was a persistent mildew smell coming from the bathroom ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. I had low expectations, but the quality was far below what I anticipated for the price I paid.

I loved how the hotel was conveniently situated near CoolSprings Galleria, just a short stroll away, and also close to the beautiful Crockett Park, where I enjoyed a lovely walk in the afternoon sun. the friendly staff made my experience even better, and I truly appreciated the lovely amenities, like the refreshing pool to cool off after exploring the local area.

I recently spent a night in Franklin and absolutely loved the breakfast—they had delicious waffles and amazing coffee! The room was surprisingly spacious, and I really appreciated the comfort of the couch sleeper. Overall, I would definitely return for another stay.

Breakfast offered a nice variety, although I would have appreciated some pastries. The accessibility to the freeway and nearby restaurants made our stay even better, especially with two small dogs in tow.
